mos1-mediated Single Copy Insertion

MosSCI is a C. elegans technology used to insert a single copy transgene into the genome. A transposase (mosase) is used to introduce a double stranded break at a specific locus.  A plasmid containing a donor-homology flanked cargo then uses homologous recombination repair to insert the cargo content into the genome.
